We collect only what is needed to review artwork and protect the submission queue.

What we collect

Your nickname, submitted image, consent confirmations, submission time, basic image metadata, a cryptographic file hash, and a privacy-preserving hash of your IP address. We do not require an account, legal name, email address, or physical address.

Why we use it

To review submissions, detect exact duplicates and obvious abuse, credit you if selected, and move approved work into the Klein Well production pipeline.

Visibility

Pending and rejected originals are private. If your submission is selected, your nickname and the resulting artwork may be shown publicly. We never automatically publish an unreviewed upload.

Retention

Moderation records may be retained for audit and abuse prevention. Rejected image files can be removed during periodic cleanup. Published works and their attribution may be kept as part of the public gallery.
